Library Loan Periods
Graduate Students can take books out of the Library for longer than undergraduate students - 120 days!
The University of Winnipeg has reciprocal lending agreements with most of the regional Universities and Colleges, meaning you can take out books from these other Libraries if you need to.
If a book or article appears in your search results that we do not have at the University of Winnipeg, we can usually arrange to have it delivered here for you. The service is free, and for articles can take as little as two days. You can use the ILL button on your search result, or fill out our forms.
Book a Group Study Room
The UofW Library has two bookable study rooms, both of which can seat up to ten people, and have a projector and whiteboard for presentation needs.
The UofW Library hosts a number of small special collections that may be useful to your research.
The University of Winnipeg Archive are located on the 5th floor of the Library. You can email with research questions, or schedule time to visit the Archives to review materials.
